Personal data we process
When you send a mentoring enquiry, the website may process the information you provide in the form, including your name, email address, instrument or voice, current situation, repertoire or project, the questions you would like to explore, optional contextual information and, if you choose to provide one, a recording link.
Technical data strictly necessary for operation, security and delivery of the form may also be processed by the website and its service providers. Please do not include information that is not relevant to the enquiry, special-category data, or personal data about other people unless it is genuinely necessary and you are entitled to share it.
Purposes and legal bases
The main purposes are to receive and understand your enquiry, respond personally, assess whether the mentoring may be appropriate for your situation, arrange any relevant follow-up and, if both parties decide to proceed, take the steps needed to establish and manage the mentoring relationship.
The principal legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a possible contract and, if a mentoring relationship begins, performance of that relationship. Data may also be processed where necessary to comply with legal obligations or to protect the legitimate interests of operating and securing the website and handling potential claims, provided those interests do not override your rights.
Enquiry data will not be used for unrelated marketing without a separate lawful basis.
Service providers and recipients
Personal data is not sold. It may be accessible to service providers that are necessary to operate the website, enquiry form, CRM, email and technical infrastructure, acting under appropriate contractual obligations. The intended platform for the website and CRM is HighLevel, Inc., which states in its Data Processing Addendum that it acts as processor for customer personal data.
Data may also be disclosed where required by law, court order or a competent public authority.
International data transfers
Some technology providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where a restricted international transfer occurs, appropriate transfer mechanisms and safeguards must be used. HighLevel’s current Data Processing Addendum provides for adequacy decisions, the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism, as applicable.
How long data is kept
Enquiry data is kept only for as long as necessary to manage the enquiry and any reasonable follow-up. If a mentoring relationship begins, the information needed to manage that relationship and meet legal, accounting or tax obligations may be retained for the corresponding statutory periods. Data may also be retained for the period necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. When data is no longer needed, it will be deleted or appropriately anonymised.
Your rights
You may request access to your personal data, rectification of inaccurate data, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, and portability where applicable. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.
To exercise your rights, write to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, AEPD) at www.aepd.es.
Recording links and third-party data
A recording link is optional. If you share a recording or document that includes other performers or third parties, you are responsible for ensuring that you are entitled to share it for the purpose of the enquiry. Please avoid sending unnecessary personal information about other people.
Automated decisions
The mentoring enquiry form is not intended to make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects solely by automated means. Enquiries are reviewed personally.
Security and updates
Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect personal data, taking into account the nature of the processing and the services used. This policy should be updated if the website’s data flows, providers or purposes change materially.
